Sports & Recreation Insurance offers blanket accident medical coverage to organizations that sponsor community sports and recreation programs. These products are available in all 50 states, as well as Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands. The plans provide primary or excess medical benefits for accidents that occur during these sanctioned events:

• Amateur teams and leagues
• Camps and conferences
• Clubs
• Recreation programs
• Special events
• Youth groups

The plan also covers out-of-pocket expenses, including deductibles, co-insurance, and prescription drug costs. State exceptions and limitations apply.
